1. You must be a fan of Stein and Medusa's relationship, however you wish to interpret it.
2. You must give a valid e-mail address when applying.
3. If you add your website to the form, please have a code (uploaded to your OWN server) located on your site that is not too difficult to find. (Playing Where's Waldo for fanlisiting codes isn't as fun as it sounds.). If you do not add a code to your website within two weeks of applying you will NOT be removed from the listing, but your site will be.

Passwords are encrypted into the database and will not be seen by anyone else other than you. If left blank, a password will be generated for you.
